whenever i reject a call a message gets sen t viz. im busy will call u back later., which is ending my balance.. now how to disable the "Reject Call With A Message" ???

If you disable the messaging app under settings > apps > all > messaging > disable and instead downloading a 3rd party messaging app from Google Play, the 'reject call with a message' function should disappear. It should only be supported by the original messaging app. ./
Hi sony. Could you just acknowledge the mistake in design and correct it by a software upgrade? If you disable the default messaging, it will still cut the call at the other end as user busy when reject call with message sends due to friction in your pocket.the only thing your balance won't be affected.imagine,sending your boss a message you are busy or caller busy appearing in his phone screen when he calls to enquire about an assignment assigned to you?

Disabling messages didn't work for me - got another message app but still get the disable with message option and it works as usual - I'm losing work because of this frustrating feature - Sony is losing customers - Xperia worst phone I've ever owned

I had this problem on my Xperia E, and two days after I bought the phone, I installed a call confirm app from play store.

I disabled the app for outgoing calls and activated it only for incoming calls. The app makes the incoming call screen responsive to touch only after you get through the app's own lock interface, but gives you a transparent view of the incoming call screen. So far the app has been okay to me, but you can also try a few other apps if you like.
