Bravia KDL-32S3000
Unable to get teletext on BBC2 & BBC News Channel 80, Text is OK on other channels.
Have retuned the set a couple of times
Have tried a different aerial & lead.
Signal strengh is shown as 100%.
Picture is good & text on other channels is correct, with no pixelation.
Text on my other TV is correct.
Teletext closed down today for ever

Thank you Jonathan 223575 for your reply, but I think you are incorrect with your answer, Ceefax ended today.
My other TV still shows text on BBC2 & BBC News channel 80 so I know that they are still broadcasting it.
My Problem is not a new one it's an on going problem over many weeks.
I am setting up a new Bravia KDL32w705cbu. I can select teletext on BBC first thing in the morning with no problem, but it will not offer it again subsequently later in the day - when selected it gives me the "red button" service. Your Helpline operator advised me to call the BBC...........
If its correct that Sony are planning to discontinue supporting TELETEXT,having already stopped supporting SKYPE and making my expensive SONY webcam obsolete then I for one will not buy any other Sony products.
Is that what you want SONY/.
i recently purchased sony bravia. when i purchased text was functioning. It is now several weeks later not operating.
Can you help?

I have an Sony Android TV text no problem. The Sony smart TV has stopped working since last update. If you can not resolved I will also stop buying Sony.

Sorry I assumed this was a forum to discuss all Sony issues. I must be wrong it is for sanctimonious idiots to send idiotic responses. If Sony are not bothered to rectify problems they can expect negative feedback.
