In the last month I've experienced that my phone and smartband keeps dropping the connection. On the phone it shows as eather and x over the smartband icon, or that the SmartBand apps says 'Connecting' without anything happens. Some times it's enough to turn of the smartband other times i need to reboot the phone to get the connection up and running.
I've got all the altest SW for Z5 (32.0.A.6.200) - SmartBand (05.00.12 - 1.7.0.873) and Lifelog (2.9.A.3.8)
Since I use the smartband to wake me up in the morning, it's very enoying that it don't work. Until now I've managed to wake up by myself...
The phone is charging over night, and in the cradle, with the sound turned of. The phone is turned of with the exeption for notifications. The phone is set to vibrate and make a soft low sound. The Smartband is set to vibrate.
If the connection is droped during the night, neighter the phone nor the smartband gives any indication on the alarm.
I've experienced that the phone and the smartband is vibrating, but there are no sound from the phone. Another version is that the phone is vibrating and making a sound, but the smartband don't vibrate.
Before going to sleep i check that the phone is turned down, and that the connection to the smartband is OK.
Any good ideas to sort this issue?

I've not experienced any problem, dropped connedtions, after my reinstallations on sunday. So I belive that the issue might have been software issue between LIfelog and Smartband, but I'm not sure.
So in short I belive the solution for my problem was to - uninstall both SmartBand and Liflog software, to make sure there are no software issues. Hope this might help others with the similar problem.

Do you have stamina mode activated before or during this problem?
While charging, stamina is disabled anyway, so that's not the issue. So you say night mode is set up in smart connect and alarms won't work properly? Or you just use priority mode?

Yes i've got the Night mode on. It's set to end at the same time I've set my alarm for.
But the issue with the SmartBand is not only when I'm using the alarm. I've during the last days had to reboot my phone to get the smartband to reconnect. In the SmartBand status it says - connecting - but nothing happens before i turn the phone of.
In short my issues are as follows:
1 - The connection drops between the smartband and my Z5 - and the only way to get it back is by restarting the phone. Restarting the smartband don't help.
2 - When I use the SmartBand together with the phone as alarm, I experinence three things:
a - When the alarm is suppose to go if, neighter the phone nor the smartband gives any sound or wibration
b - When the alarm goes of on the phone, the SmartBand has lost it's connection
c - When the alarm start it's only the SmartBand that vibrates only one time so far)
I make sure that when I go to sleep the SmartBand and the Z5 is connected. I've controlled the connection when it's in night mode and in day mode. Some times it's okey and other it's not....
Not sure but you can try to reset SWR10:

Then, don't set night mode for a night. See if the band vibrates normally and/or if alarms go off normally.
I'll try to change the mode, if I get the problem again.
To your info i tried the following yesterday, and the alarm did go of this morning:-) :
- Uninstalled Lifelog
- Uninstalled SmartBand
- Restarted the phone
- Installed SmartBand
- Connected the SmartBand
- Installed Lifelog
Set the alarm, with virbration on the SmartBand. Turned the sound off, and DND to no timelimit, made sure the Allow Alarm was selected. This morning both the phone and the SmartBand functioned as it's supposed.
I just hope that this change also will make the problem with the connection dropping, go away.
I'll keep this tread up to date.
