how can i get this?
Yesterday I updated my Xperia Z3 dual to the last firm (5.1.1) and the problem still. I can't barelly hear the one who calls me.
Almost a year with it and lots of problems. Will Sony solve it somehow someday??? do i have to sell this phone??
You should be able to see it, under about phone.
also, you can contact your local Xperia care
the only beneficial solution till our weak sony experia find another solution is to format the phone and every thing is ok
Hello Richard,
Many thanks for your reply I looked for the mentioned folder "etc" and I didn't find it.
Would be possible to have an update about this issue?
Would be possible to avoid the total reset of the telephone and have a fix instead. Expecially because this has effected all the Sony Z3 owners.
All of us look forward for your reply.
Best Regards,
Claudio
Return phone for a repair.
This update is ridiculous. Issues I'm having right now:
- Low earpiece volume
- Wifi doesn't connect
- Battery drains like crazy
- Weird play services issues
If possible I'm reverting. This update turned a great phone into a piece of **bleep**.
I recently had a big issue with the battery draining quickly. I have had the phone for 6 months and it had been great. It turned out that my exchange account was going wild resulting in the phone constantly being active despite it being locked in my pocket. I turned off the sync for a few days and then restarted it and the battery was then lasting ok again.
I can't say that I've had much wifi issues here. I moved my bt home hub as I had the odd moment where the internet would hang, I believed that was why I had issues with the google play services. I occasionally do still get the odd error on the screen saying that "google play services has stopped" but it doesnt seem to affect anything other than just be annoying.
As for the low ear speaker volume, as mentioned before, mine was repaired under warranty and a new ear speaker installed, this resolved that issue.
Unfortunately my latest problem is that while on holiday the Z3 decided to not be as waterproof as it should be depsite the doors being closed......
