Reset factory data option missing Z2

I'm trying to factory reset my mobile but there's no option for this. I did a factory reset a week ago very easily but can't do it now. I select Settings but there's no Backup and Reset option

Hi @Baldheadslick, that sounds very strange.

It should be available in Settings > Backup & reset > Factory data reset > scroll down and tap > Reset phone > Erase everything.

If you have a computer available you can use Xperia Companion to perform a software repair using Xperia Companion instead.
