I am very disappointed to the customer Service.
My phone always show up a “mic” logo in my left notice bar. I tried to reset. I tried to use in save mode. I tried everything that I know. But it’s didn’t work!
I don’t want to go to repair centre anymore!
I get my phone there 3 times in 1 year!!! It’s waisted my time. So I try to call hotline, but they told me I should send the phone to them again....
I hope I can solve this problem in this platform. Otherwise, I’ll never to choose any Sony divice again!
Did you try performing a software repair using Xperia Companion? This will do a clean installation of the latest firmware and will also wipe your internal memory. Don't forget to backup using Xperia Companion, but preferably without adding apps or settings to the backup.

Performing a software repair using Xperia Companion is much better than simple factory resets as it downloads a fresh copy of the firmware. Give it a try to rule out software issues.
