After programm upgragde - phone is reseting during booting

Please Help !

I am on bussines trip. During software upgrade via PC Companion program appeared message

"Upgrade was cancelled". Now is not possible to upgrade software of my XPERIA Z3 (D6603).

After pressing ON/OFF button appears "SONY" and then message "The software upgrade failure. Make sure that phone is connected to the computer and try again". If the mobile is conneted to USB or power then the mobile is periodically

reseted with above messages.

I tried all recommendation of the PC Companion program but unsuccessfully. Process of the software upgrade starts correctly but after 5 minutes fails with message ...Mistake during software upgrade . Try it again. .....(in Czech language).I do not know what to do now.

Does the phone boot at all? is the phone off during the process? could you test a different computer?

I think that mobile is not booting. I have problem to try another PC now. I performed many previous upgrades on the same notebook without any problems. Do you think that problem should be caused by bad internet connection (from hotel) ?

yes, if you have a spotty or slow connection it will cause problems like this.

I have this same problem.  I am at home with a good connection. I tried to update my phone, it failed, and now cannot boot. Please help.

I'm sorry to hear that, you have 2 options

1 find a better / more reliable connection 

or 

2 contact your Local support

My phone will boot on, then immediately give me the error screen. I tried to repair using pc companion, but it wont recognize that my phone is connected.

Your phone has to be off during the whole process.

You sir, are a good man.  That worked. I installed that .exe. Rebooted my computer, then PCC recognized my phone and started the update. Everything is all good. Thank you my friend.
