Green dots on my screen

I am wondering from where has these dots appeared since I checked the options and I haven't changed nothing. Can someone tell me how to remove them. They are not like a dead pixel in my opinion

Can you restart into safe mode and see if it's still there? Are they randomly scattered few dots or they form a pattern?

Just saw the picture, did you by any chance activate "TalkBack" option or any accessibility settings?

I enabled Battery doctor and Clean Master.. When I restart the phone they are gone.. First they were on the menu now.. On the weather

On a side note: We don't generally suggest using such apps, they do more harm than good. Both Battery Doctor and Clean Master I advice that you Uninstall them.

Thanks I have removed them. At the moment I don't have green dots
