I have problems with my phones battery life. I have taken all the steps that they advice you to do to stop your battery from draining, but so far nothing has changed. It worked exceptionally until now. Is there anyone who has experience the same issue? What can be done more?

Have you checked via Settings > Power management > Battery usage to see if you can find something abnormal here? I suggest that you check this list when you have around 5-10% battery left since it will show the consumption since last charge. You could also post a screenshot and we can look closer into it.

I have the same problem with M2. Google Play services app is using 79%.....

I've seen this behaviour before on a Z3

settings > apps > all > look for all Google services and apps > uninstall updates and clear data on all them > restart the phone > charge your phone > check again for a day or two.

Also check if you are autobacking with Google + / photos
