LTEand Battery Problem

I have a Xperia M5,

Firstly, when i choose setting that Mobile Network is LTE (preferred)/WCDMA/GSM, a few times letter, my mobile shutdown itself and till i connect any charger, my mobile doesn't open, (when i push the RESET button, no action is happened too). When i saw this problem first time in April of 1st, i thought maybe battery was discharge suddenly but i connected to charge, i saw no discharege on my battery. I just face this problem when i use LTE. There is no problem is shown the others mobile network settings.

Secondly sometimes i face this problem is that battery not charge fully. When i connect my phone to charger, sometimes any notification appearing on my screen said that battery is not charging. Consuption is much more than charge when battery level is aproximately %80. I always use same user setting such as NFC, Location and Mobile Data is always on. But sometimes battery charge fully in more than 3 hour, sometimes it is not charge! I am always using orginal charger its. (EP800 1263-9549.1)

My phone model number is E5603

Build number: 30.1.A.1.55

Thank you for your interest!

i changed my sim card when i bought m5 due to nano sim, i was a Z1 user and it was support micro sim, i cut my sim when i bought z1 so there was no chance to use in m5 so i changed my sim
