I have a z5 compact which is a great phone but it suddenly changed to blasting very loud muddy bass frequency in my earphones and mid and high range seems cut out or overpowered. I have to play in minimum volume and the quality is terrible, the sound is usually fine and has been for months. I've tested different headphones and it's definitely the headphone output on the phone. I've tried updating, restarting etc but it's not helping - any ideas?
