Hello,
I bought my phone one month ago unlocked. Then I used it with a Claro (Argentina Operator) for 15 days. After a very long international call my number run out of credit and I got my accont disable. The problem is that after that moment the SIM card cannot register in the operator network anymore. If i try the SIM in another device it works. If i put a working CLARO SIM on my Z3 it doesnt work. But if I insert another operator SIM in my device it works! When i search for network i can see all the operators network, but it fail to connect to CLARO operator.
So my question is: Is my Z3 damaged and cannot connect to the first provider (CLARO) frequency?
Its possible it was banned in the operator HRL?
Thank you!
That's rather odd, you have to contact your local network/carrier, you could repair the phone with PCC, but I doubt it'll work, as this seems to be at a network level.
There is a way to show to my operator's customer care that the phone is working properly? They dont want to check the network (HLR) because they think that is a device issue?
There is a factory test code? Or showing that the phone can read all the operators networks if i manually select one must be enough to show them that the hardware is ok?
I need technical backup for this. Thanks in advance!
The only thing I can think of is for you to go with a SIM card from a different carrier and show them that it works just fine and another phone so you can test your current SIM card.
You can also repair the phone with PCC but I doubt it'll work
