Weird sound problem.. Plz help

I'm suddenly facing this wired problem of volume. When i make or receive any call my volume is on about 30% by default.. Everytime i have to increase it manually.. Still every next time it will automatically go to 30% .. I'm really tired of increasing my call volume every single time.. I don't understand how to fix it.. Plz help

Do you have facebook messenger? If yes, did you also place a call using FB messenger?

It does sound as if a 3rd party application is controlling the volume in background.
Check to see if any WiFi calling apps are running.

I do have Fb Messenger & i often make calls from apps.. What do i do to stop apps making changes in my volume settings?

It's poor optimisation of FB messenger, it will rever the volume to minimum.
