The Sony app and the headphones themselves always say they are 100% charged... this seems to have only recently happened.. any ideas people?

Thanks for the reply. Yes I have carried out a full factory reset and repaired the headphones. Unfortunately I still have the same issue.

Unfortunately after carrying out both reset procedures and using the headphones for hours today they still say 100% charged.
Any other ideas people?
Hello @MarcElgar,
next thing I personally would try is to let the battery run flat completly (if possible) and see if the issue resolved after you charge them up after that.
Which firmware version are the headphones running on?
