Hi guys im search about one months for that and im Knokcout!!! please help me the sound of this mp3 is little sux cause of protection of eu i dont know so how can i access to service menu to increase the sound? dont tell me the AVLS again mine is turn off at the day when i bought it thank for support
I have the same problem. I had a NWZ-B133F (it sounds louder) and replace it with the NWZ-B163F, but, even turning off the AVLS, it still sounds lower.
