Sony Walkman W525 not recognized by macbook

Hi,

I juste received as present sony Walkman W525. It looks good, however, when I cinnect it to my Macbook Pro LION, it can not be seen as device and thus I cannot add songs, Please, help!!! Thank you in advacnce!
