Hi,

The swivel part of my headphones has become detached and I have tried to contact Sony with no success. There was no trauma, it has simply detached and I am very disappointed. What can be done?

As far as I am aware, unfortunately, Sony doesn't sell those parts separately. The headphones have to be sent for repair.

I found the repair centre's number for headphones in the UK: +44(0)1656867347. I'd recommend contacting them to see what they can offer.
