This is our second pair as we each need a set. One works well with my Iphone. The second continues to skip and start/stop with my husbands I phone. We have been dealing with Apple Advisers for 3 weeks now and the engineers have so far failed to find a solution. Any ideas?

Thanks. Have had a factory reset of my husband's Iphone but did not solve the issue. The headsets work fine without skipping on my Iphone. What reset did you mean? Can Sony headsets reset?
The headphones work fine on my Iphone. Apple have down a factory reset on my husbands I phone but it made no difference and the problem persists. Did you mean factory reset on the phone or the headphones- as I said. No problem with either set of headphones on my Iphone.

If both headphones work fine with one phone, then the problem is most definitely with the other. Contacting Apple about this was the right thing to do.
