I have a walkman that I find easy to use and did a lot. Now I cannot find the software so that I can update my playlist. 

Does any one know how I can get hold of this software so I can use my walkman again.

Which software were you looking for?

The supplied software is on the Walkman,

the manual says:

"The software is stored in the built-in flash memory of the player, and includes the

following items:

WALKMAN Guide

User Guide, etc.”

Yes, I can see that the software should be in the product.  However the guide indicated that the device could be re-formatted to increase the user space for audio.  I have not used this product for some time and I guess that I must have deleted the requested file.  Do you know if Sony have a copy themselves that they could let me have?

Any help on this will be appreciated.

You can use Windows Media Player, also in Windows 10...
