Which type of cables are utilised to connect the MDR-DS6500 base station to a Bravia TV or BD player?

Hi brijoco,

depending on the ports you have on your Bravia or BD player you should be able to connect your MDR-DS6500 base station using either the supplied Optical digital connecting cable (see below)

Or by purchasing a set of audio cables as show below..
