Buying a Vaio online and delivery to Belgium

I'm living in Belgium and am a native English speaker.

I'd like to buy a Vaio with a qwerty keyboard from the sony.co.uk site (it offers very good customization possibilities) and get it delivered to Belgium.

During the order process, I see that the country is set as United Kingdom and cannot be changed. But there's a link just next to it saying that deliveries are possible to Belgium.

Also, since I have a company of my own I'd need an invoice on my company name so I can get a refund on the VAT amount.

Does anyone know if this is possible?

Has anyone done this before?

Or does anyone know who to contact in Sony UK for this question?

I asked Sony NL, but they responded that they cannot deliver QWERTY keyboards to Belgium (which is surprising given that (a) Sony NL is a subsidiary to Sony Belgium and (b) its just next door!)

Let me see if I can get an answer on if it's possible and if so how you can order the vaio with a qwerty keyboard.

Do you want to purchase a UK Vaio with an English Windows OS and Querty keyboard or just a Querty keyboard.?

Nope. No one has contacted me yet.

I've given up hope in buying a Sony according to my specifications.

I found a website in Belgium that sells qwerty laptops and found a good Asus laptop that I will buy soon.
