where can i find this widget?

in the initial installation was this widget to allow/limit things like syncing, wifi, bluetooth etc.

i accedentally deleted it, and i cant find it anywhere, can anybody help?

Long tap on your home screen or press menu, tap on + in pop-up menu, scroll down to "tools" and there you go
