Does the SUS's Update Downloads resumable?

Hi guys!

I wanted to update my phone to ICS, but it takes frickin' hours to download 300++MB on my 1MB/s connection...

Does the Sony Update Service allows the download of the update resumable if I cancel the update and continue later?

You would not be able to resume the update at a later period. This would need to be completed in one process
