Problem after upgrade

I have just done an upgrade on my X10, prior to this i did a backup of everything using a free 'mybackup' from the android market.

I am now unable to restore everything as i can not find the app again.

I used a hotmail email to register for the 'mybackup' but i am unable to get phone to recognise this.

Please help as i ahve lost all numbers, messages etc

Does this mean i have to install the app again?

When i go to the above link on my phone it says it is already installed, but is not anywhere on my phone.

I also think i maybe didn't save to sd but to a local area

it will say that it's installed because you already installed it, but that doesn't mean it's on your phone, so just re-install it
