can Old sim cause any problem?

I have a Sony Xperia U phone!

can my Old sim card cause any problem? problem like this [picture] ?

It repeats two number ex - .. 3 4 5 7 7 8 .. [ no 6 ] and It changes with time ...

..... ? 

should I use a new sim card ?

I don't think this is related to the SIM-card. Try repairing the phone software via PC Companion at first.

By the way, how old is your SIM-card?

not sure .. may be ... 4 or 5 years old ..

but It sitll works fine with my LG Phone (not android) !!!

Well, in that case I'd recommend that you replace it anyway, since old cards can cause issues. Also, they generally don't support the newer network bands as well, so it could improve your network coverage.
