hey there.i am having trouble in my phone since last two weeks. Its neither getting charged nor switching on. I have tried all the mathods shownon your dashboard.
Need suggestions and opinion.

I'm sorry to hear this.

I recommend that you try and temporarily remove any SIM and SD card from your device to see if they may be the cause of this behavior. I also recommend that you try and do a force restart of your device, to do so press and hold the volume down and on/off key simultaneously for at least 10 seconds.

If you are still experiencing the same behavior I would recommend that you your perform a software repair using Xperia Companion to rule out that anything related to your devices software is behind this behavior.
