I'm outraged at this brand I've always been interested in and never looked for support, once when using my new Xperia M5 device, which by the way seemed almost perfect, when I started using it on the first day, I simply turned it off and just plugged it into the charger , I went to the store the next day and made the exchange, when I received the new, everything almost normal, I did not use heavy games or applications, the battery did not last 6 hours where sony claims that lasts up to 2 days, the day that happened The tragedy I was using whatsapp on the 4G network, out of nowhere I heard a brief noise in the back that was super hot when I looked at it had cracked, and I had not even given it down, I called the support and sent it to the authorized one in São Paulo, 15 Days later they sent the device in the same way, claiming that it was misused, and that the battery was damaged by having broken the rear window, if it was really bad I would not mind sending it to the assistance, now a Sony assistance At the service of this was not to be expected, Sony in this brand never buy again.
