Hello,u just update my sony xperia m2 d2303 yesterday for android version 4.4.4.i noticed that the notes app and some widget are lost..can somebody please help me how to recover these things bcause i hv many important things inside the note..thank you

I have exactly the same problems.
I did the update yesterday and today I needed one of my precious notes and saw they disappeared.
Did someone find a solution?

Hi Sony,

My notes app is also lost & unable to find it. I have many info kept in my notes & it is now all gone. Pls advise if there is any way to retrieve all my data in the notes app.

I agree ... Sony broke it so they should take responsibility. I had no idea l had to back up?

Extremely frustrated with Sony at the moment. I really hope they can restore my notes and my trust in the company.

I have also lost the app and all of my notes after an update. Any news on how to get the notes back? As others have said, it wasn't clear that the notes wouldn't be safe and that we had to make backups

is it so that the latest Android update removed the Notes App and all the content?

Is there any chance to recover the content somehow?

Also received the update and shocked to find missing important notes. Sony please find way to help this problem and recover the content of our important notes.
