phone application is asking for permissions

Please help when I click my phone application he ask again n again parmetion go to settings over dorw I don't know how get this setting

Do I understand correctly that when you are opening up the phone application you are asked to give the application certain permissions and you can't do this because you see an error message regarding screen overlay?

If that is the case, try rebooting your phone in safe mode and see if you are able to give the permissions when applications you have downloaded on your own are not loaded.
