Hx400v no WiFi with iOS 13.4

Hello using 2 iPads our Hx400v WiFi works fine with older iPad but since updating iPad Pro with iOS 13.3 and now 13.4 camera will not share images with this one just tried re-installing 13.3 patch dated 12-3-20 from image edge website no difference. Any ideas?

Sorry should have said Ipad 6th Generation, checked the compatibility list it is on there indicating okay with OS 13.3 and the upto date app. Any ideas?
