Bluetooth is disabling itself randomly on KD-49XG8096

Dear Community,

Since a few weeks I noticed that Bluetooth is disabling itself at seemingly random times.  It also cannot be turned back on without a reboot of the TV.

I think the issue started after the last firmware upgrade as it was not happening before.

Current FW: PKG6.6575.0259EUA

Does anyone face a similar issue? Any suggestions to solve it?

Try updating to the latest software version and let us know if that solves it for you.

I installed the v6.7140 update some days ago and it seems that the issue has been resolved as it doesn't appear anymore. Hopefully it stays so... Thanks for the tip @Joe_Dohn  😊
