Remote app doesn't work with Sony A7R3

I just cannot use Sony's Remote app to control the camera remotely. I am using an iMac running 10.14.1. I get the following message even though the PC Remote is checked in the camera. No other application is running: Photoshop, Lightroom. Google Drive or Dropbox.

It worked on Windows 10 machine.

I think it might be related to your Mac Os version, as it is not listed in the recommended computer environment list available here: https://bit.ly/2tmzdEg. Could you try it on a different computer that supports the exact version of Mac Os or Windows that is listed on the website and let us know if it works?
