REGISTERING

Hello. I bought a Sony G lens a couple of years ago. I registered it but since changed email address and was unable to  get into my Sony account so I’ve had to re-register. My lens, and other kit is no longer registered and it looks like you can only register new kit, though my old kit was originally registered with Sony. How do I re-register all my kit? Thank you.

You may need to phone Sony Support to re-register.

Although many items remain in the list of available products, some do not. Sony’s only real interest in product registration is during any warranty period to determine if they are still covered.

You would think this information would continue to be useful for the Marketing Department!
