xperia z3 keeps restarting

Hi to all, I have a big problem with my Xperia Z3, I i am using lollipop 5.0.2 . It worked
fine with no issue until yesterday when I restart my xperia z3 it just keep on restarting . I switched it off and the
on again.
Now its stuck at” Android upgrading, starting
apps” all the time and it keeps restarting. I have
tried to soft –reset nothing is happening. I have reached at a level to lose everything in the phone
especially my contacts by deciding to do a hard/
factory reset but still I cant do that using volume
up or down. I am totally stuck. Please guys any idea how to get rid of this. I cant
get into recovery mode coz nothing is happening
when I press key combination.
I will appreciate your help. . Please help help………

Feels lika an doomsday today.

Im tried to fix this:
- Charged battery 0% to 100%
- Removed SD-card & SIM
- Try to repair it with Xperia Companion
- Waited 5 minutes after Z3 suddenly shutted down, pressed power on -> See logo again

None of this helped, still see Sony-logo few seconds, then restart and see logo again.

It's looping like hurricane, i cant turn phone off.
How i can handle this? Need to help soon.

Gosh, Z3 worked nice yesterday, now i cant access my mail, contacts, bankaccount or anythink...
My whole life is in that Z3...

Million thanks to that guide.

Force a 2-minute restart worked extremelly well, Z3 booted normally instantly after that.
Now im copying all data to cloud and got my life (or accounts) back.
