Xperia Z2 LED notification not working

Few days ago I noticed my LED notification is not working anymore and I did not apply any changes nor I downloaded some new apps and instead of that my screen turns on when I get any sort of notification. How can I fix this issue ?

does it work while you are on safe mode?

how about on xperia diagnostics? settings>about phone

how to turn on safe mode ? and what exactly I have to do with that diagnostic settings ? there is no option for testing LED notifications

soo I tried secret menu code service test for LED/illumination green,red,blue works fine I always use vibration mode and it works perfectly fine before now I dont get LED notification from messenger, facebook, gmail, twitter, SMS and yea I checked that I have it turned on in settings also I have enabled all notifications in messenger last thing I tried to do is just simply restart phone but same result nothing changed I really dont know where is issue maybe I will try to uninstall some apps

EDIT: soo I figured out that there is no problem with LED but something cause to turns display on after any notification and I dont know where is root of this maybe recent update from some apps may be issue but I dont know how to troubleshoot it... as I said before I am using vibration mode most of time and before it worked fine dont remember doing some major changes on my phone that can cause this sort a thing

OK I found what causing this... it was permission for clean master to read notification on lockscreen when I disabled that in settings now it works perfect like it was before
