Wi-Fi problems?

When I travel by train I have almost no response time from the router (e.g 0.08 MBit/sec)

I´m connected to the trains router.

Maybe I'm to far away from the trains router?
The sad is that whith  my jobphone, Iphone 5s, it's no problem to listen to radio or watch movies

at all.
