Unable to restore backup

Hi,

My phone was with Android 5.1.

I had to send it to repair and the company restored my device to 5.0.

I tried to restore my data but my computer doesn't allow because the phone is at an older version.

So I tried to update to a newer version but My computer doesn't let me because it says it's the newest.

what shoud I do?

Hi @TurboKid,

Did you make the backup using PC Companion? If so, try restoring the data via Xperia Transfer in PC Companion. You can choose an Xperia backup on your PC as the source for Xperia Transfer.
