The lower row in the dropdown menu

So, all of a sudden, the lower row in the drop down menu is just inaccessible. No matter how much I try to click on it, nothing happens. Also, if I rotate the device the whole drop down menu is not accessible, it's been really annoying and I don't know what to do about it.

Note: there's nothing wrong with the screen, as it does work elsewhere, other than at the drop down menu.

It's working just fine in Safe Mode, what could be causing that?

Well, after booting in Safe Mode, I turned the device off then on again, and I started to get "Xperia Home has stopped working" message. Went to settings, and force stopped it and cleared the data, now it's working just fine. And the issue is resolved.

If it works on safe mode, then it's a third party app acting up

It might have been xperia home acting up. Good to know.

And after device rebooted everything goes back to normal.

Hi,
I am Z3 user.
My drop down menu is not working when the device is upright nd works fine in horizontal.
I have tried with safe mode but seen similar issue.
Any solution for this?
