When ever I am trying to turn on the hotspot it pop up error window

disable it or uninstall it > restart the phone > check again w/ stamina mode off

if that doesn't work then try on safe mode

I already did those steps but still it shows that message and I do not know that is there a safemode available in lollipop

Same error message shown in safe mode too...

BTW thank you for showing me to boot in to safe mode...

You might want to check with your carrier, based on your screenshot, you might have a network coverage problem

settings > about phone > signal > status, what do you see?

I found solution.

That error windows pops up because there is no internet service available, though the sim card has proper signal strength and mobile data on but if the internet service is not enable then this error is showing while enabling the hotspot. So there is no issue with phone.
