Sony xperia z1 compact sync problem

Hey there,

I have a problem with my sony.

The phone doesn't sync whats app and facebook automaticly, i do have the auto sync on.

When I take a look at the phone the massage's all sync, but when the phone is on screen lock they don't come trough.

Anyone know how i can solve this problem?.

It is very anoying.
