I purchased my Z3 compact in mid 2015 for $492 and just outside warranty the extreme top part of touch screen stopped responding to notification panel pulldown for which i paid $144 and now couple of days back i left my phone in working state before going to sleep and when i woke up it was dead and wouldn't charge. Now Sony India Service centre is asking for another $173 to repair it again. After spending $636 just 1.5 years of working, i am really sad. I love this phone, can this be repaired within warrany?

Can you please help me getting this message to right person in Sony.
