Hello,

I just bought a new sony xperia z5 and I have problem with app runtastic and heart rate belt. Phone finds heart rate monitor, but if I want to connect it doesn't work. With my old phone xperia m4 aqua it works normally, can you help me please?

Have you factory reset the heart rate belt?

Yes , I did. I put out battery from it and then put it Back.

could you test it with a different phone, even if it worked before with other devices

Yes , I tested with different device and it connected and worked properly.

with the same Android version?

No, working device has android 4 and my not working device has android 7... But in details of heart rate belt, There is condition to have android 4 or higher.
