Hy i new here my z3+ only get 4g and can't get gsm wcdma 3g any solution thanks

2G might not be an option as its no longer supported by a lot of networks, as for 3G, what if you disable 4G/LTE from your phone > wait > wait > wait. report back.
Only 4g i can't get H+ or else
Pull down the notification bar > look for the LTE icon > turn it off
or
settings > more > mobile networks > preferred network type > WCDMA/GSM
