I can't open lock screen on Xperia Z3 Docomo

Hola!

I can't open lock screen on my Xperia Z3 Docomo because my screen is broken. I already used Xperia Companion to solve this, but the system always error when i try to press & hold Power+VolumeUp button then connect it to my laptop as the order says.

I also couldn't Hard Reset my Xperia Z3 by press & hold Power+VolumeUp, the menu couldn't be accessed.

Can i open it via Google Account? Can i setting/backup my data in my phone by using my Google Account? How?

I don't quite understand why are you trying to use XC to unlock the phone, but get a USB OTG cable  and a mouse > connect the mouse to the phone > restart the phone > you should be able to use the mouse to unlock the phone.

I used XC because Sony Support forum said we need to use XC to unlock this phone

when you say unlock the phone, are you referring to unlock the screen so you can access your files?
