my sony xperia Z1... [HELP]

Hello everyone!

Uhm yyes i am new hre, and also with my sony Z1.  In the shop they told me that it was a great phone but i am not so sure about that...

first of all, my battery is faster on low level then said.... the touch screen isn't optimal, i have multiple issieus with the phone... not enough space on intern memory, can't switch apps to my SD card... only photo's horrible!

but worsed off all... sometimes my screen is doing weird, i am writing and it took letters that i wont take... or is swyping when i am not...

hopefully you guys understand my horrible english... if there are any guys who are dutch pls help me... (english is also good )

Well the screen doing things on it's own was fixed in the last update .757 update - The moving apps to SD was removed by Google and not Sony so all Android phones running the latest firmwares will have this feature - You may also want to look in your thumnails folder if you had images on your internal and moved then to external SD then the thumbnails will have been left behind to using a file manager look for these folders and delete them to free up a lot of space

This is all about the Android 4.4.2 released to this phone.

This update turned this smartphone into a brick....

So, there isn't much to do, we can only wait sony releases a neu update to solve those issues...

Take a look at the forum topics and you will understand how bad is this update.

When you say update please say which version of the update .681 or .757 - Not saying misleads members into thinking anything 4.4.2 is having issues

Hey young boy, both, .681 AND .757 have lots of bugs!

The mislead member here is you.

It's a "smartphone trouble".

I'm waiting about a month for an update that corrects at least the battery draining and the excessive heat generated by this phone, but week by week i get more disapointed.

Loads of problems came with the 4.4.2 update .681 .757

There is a .761 released in india and france as i know.

But Sony said that there wasnt any software issues when i spoke to them. Were they drunk when they gave me that answer or what ?

Look in the forums and youll find all kind of strange things showing up..

My touch screen also does whatever it wants.

Strange thing is that when i had .681 rooted with UB the screen worked better and it rebooted itself only when using the camera.

When i LB and unrooted and went to .757 unrooted pure stock, the touch screen is acting weird sometimes and it reboots random now, once a day usually.

My phone is 6 weeks old and ive contacted my retailer to see if there is any way of returning this "crap" phone.
