I dont have stereo sound..

Hi Xperia team. I have an issue with my Sony Xperia Z5 Premium. The issue is that it is only my bottom speaker that works. A few days after i brought is it worked fine until the top speaker didnt work more. I couldnt find people with the same issue, or a video etc. Is there an option to turn it on??

Hi Phy, both of my speakers work. But it turns off after i go to another app like YouTube and other apps. Is this a systemfailure??
