Help me please

Hello everyone

I just bought a Xperia Z2 and this morning it fell down lightly on the carpet . Now I cannot open it anymore, when I plug it in to charge, it's showing that its charges but it doesn't respond to anything (black screen). The phone was charged 98% as it fell down. What should i do?

Force shutdown (power button+volume up until the phone vibrates).Make sure it is connected to wall socket.

After the phone fell down it was shut down. It still dosen't work i tried it with the power button and volume button

This is not good.You say you had 95% battery?Try a software repair with SUS:

I can't get past the connect step, my phone dosen't respond to anything. the only thing that is doing its showing that it charges.

You should force it off and do not try to turn it on.Try several times to connect when SUS prompts.If that does not work,you should stop by a sony service:

Nothing worked. I speak with Sony and I need to send the phone back for reparation :((((
