My Xperia Z volume down button suddenly just stop responding since last night.
I did a service test and indeed that button got no response, should i send it for repair? Google and never see anyone got such a issue, am i really that unlucky?
As per Zann.H it is likely hardware and not software. I would say run an update/repair to be sure but you would need that button to function to be able to do so which only leave with a repair agent sorry.

Right now whenever i try to close a tab in chrome, my phone will self reboot. Damm is sony really forcing me to send in my Z? I thought down button still acceptable can defer the repair.
