If the touchscreen is not working you could use an USB OTG-adapter to connect a mouse to the phone. That way you can unlock the screen and save your data.
Do you have a PIN or password? If not,you can use PC companion.
i had a pattern on it
Did you save photos on a SD card?If yes,you can repair with SUS,they should be intact.

The solution with an USB OTG-adapter didn't work for me at first.
I had to connect a mouse with it's own powersource (batteries) in order to get it working.
All my photos were saved to the memory card and if you have a Google account you will probably find them in your Google Photos as well.
A problem with Experia Companion on MAC is that you can't select repair beccause you have to unlock the phone first... The message window isn't possible to close.
