BUG - Android device manager: phone cant be locked

i have a serious problem. i have entered a new pin for the screen lock, but now it seems to be the wrong one, every time i try.

so i locked my smartphone by android device manager. but here is the problem: even the new entered pin is not working.

whats wrong?

Do you have access to the device from a browser on a computer?

Android Device Manager is a service by Google Android. try to check their forums for possible solutions
